Today I encourage you to look back at your successes in a particular way. Remember those times that you loved what you were doing – you were energized. They may have been at work, or in your personal life, or a combination of many different areas. We are closing in on the end of the year and people often use that time to review what has happened and what they should have done differently or better. Instead, let’s look at those things that brought you joy, that energized you. What were things that you loved doing? What brought you enormous joy? What nourished you? Did you remember to take time for yourself, doing the things that increase your energy? Looking forward you might ask these questions. Who would you like to spend time with in the coming year because they interest you or encourage you to think creatively? What are you curious about and what would you like to learn? What do you feel passionately about? How could you incorporate that into your life? What does bring you joy? Often we have forgotten to recognize joy and embrace those moments. It can happen when we get caught up in the dramas of daily life. So here are a few things to consider. If you have Aliveness life energy you may want to think about how you can incorporate more fun in your life. If you have Truth life energy you may want to focus on those things or people that bring meaning to you. If you have Workability life energy you may want to discover a project that really excites you. What have you done in the past that brought you joy? What has energized you and filled you with vitality? What has increased your energetic vibration – you’ll know it because you laughed more, or felt greater peace, or thoroughly enjoyed yourself. Notice those things and add them back into your life. Enjoy! PS The picture I attached to this post brings me joy. When my husband and I were first married we had a group of people over for a party to make ornaments and these are two that still go on the tree every year. John has Truth life energy and I have Aliveness life energy. Can you tell who made which ornament?!!!
